Chili

Makes 2-3 quarts
Prep time: 60 minutes
Cook time: 120 minutes
Serves 10 people
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb chunk beef for stew
- 8 oz (dry) Kidney beans
- 8 oz (dry) Pinto beans
- 1 Lg Yellow Onion
- 3 14.5oz cans of Diced Tomatoes
- 1 10.75 oz can Tomato Soup
- 3 8oz cans of Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Directions

ak beans 10-12 hours, drain, rinse, gently boil/simmer for 1.5 hrs, drain again (do not rinse), then place in crock pot.

Brown both kinds of beef together, add in diced onion, simmer until onion are tender, remove grease, add to crock pot.

Add all Tomato products, stir.

Add seasonings, stir.

Gently boil in crockpot for at least 2hrs before serving.
