Mushroom Turkey Tetrazzini

Ingredients
- 12 oz. uncooked spaghetti, broken into pieces
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 TBSP Flour
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
- 4 cups cubed turkey, cooked
- 1/4 tsp paprika

Cook spaghetti, drain and reserve 2 1/2 cups liquid. Stir bouillon into cooking liquid and set aside.

Spray 9×13 and put spaghetti in it

Saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in flour until blended. Stir in broth and reserved cooking liquid. Add lemon pepper, salt and nutmeg. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min until thickened.

Reduce heat to low, stir in milk and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese until blended. Add turkey; cook and stir until heated. Pour turkey mix over spaghetti and toss to combine. Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 375 for 25-30 min or until bubbly.
