Shrimp Salad

I never put the shrimp in and it seldom sits for several hours before serving.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz shell pasta cooked and drained
  • 2 carrots peeled and grated
  • 1/2 med onion diced
  • 1/4 green pepper diced
  • 1 small can of small size shrimp, drained
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Mix well and let set in refrigerator several hours.
