Shrimp Salad

I never put the shrimp in and it seldom sits for several hours before serving.

Ingredients
- 10 oz shell pasta cooked and drained
- 2 carrots peeled and grated
- 1/2 med onion diced
- 1/4 green pepper diced
- 1 small can of small size shrimp, drained
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
Directions

Mix well and let set in refrigerator several hours.
