Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 4 TBSP Cocoa
• 2 sticks butter
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Combine flour, sugar and salt in a bowl

2. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add cocoa, stir. Add boiling water, boil 30 seconds. Turn off heat. Pour over flour mixture and stir lightly.

3. In a measuring cup, mix buttermilk, beaten eggs, soda and vanilla. Pour into choc mixture.

4. Bake on 350 until toothpick comes out clean
