Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 TBSP oil
- 12 oz. cubed ham
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp Adobo seasoning
Directions

Boil potatoes about 10 min while saute’ing ham and onions. Stir in peas and cook 2 min. Add potatoes, sour cream and Adobo seasoning to skillet. Cook 1 min and serve.
