Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peeled cukes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 TSBP fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, strips
- 1/4 cup greek vinagrette
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 med tomato, chopped
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 4 pita bread pockets
Directions

combine cukes, sour cream, dill, lemon juice and garlic. cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Cook chicken in 2 TSBP dressing 6-8 min or until done. Remove from skillet. Add onions, 2 TBSP dressing and cook 5 min or until tender. Return chicken to skillet and heat.

Put chicken mixture into pita bread and top with cuke sauce, tomatoes and lettuce.
