Ingredients
- 1 lb of trimmed green beans
- 1/4 Cup of butter
- 1 Onion minced
- 1 Stalk of celery
- 1 1/2 Tsp of garlic minced
- 1/4 Tsp of rosemary
- 3/4 Tsp of salt
- 1/4 Cu of parsley
Directions

Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot then add beans and cook 10 – 15 minutes.

Drain the beans and plunge them into an ice water bath.

Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.

Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.

Stir in the beans, rosemary, salt, and parsley and sauté for 4 minutes.

Serve.
