Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of chopped cabbage
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of red chili flakes
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Scallions
- Carrots
- 1 package of beef flavored ramen noodles
Directions

Boil 2 cups of water and then add ramen noodle flavoring.

In a soup pot over medium heat, stir fry cabbage with soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and chili pepper flakes for a few minutes, or until cabbage looks transparent.

Add the ramen noodle broth to the cabbage and reduce to a simmer.

Add small cubes of partially cooked chicken. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Add noodles, scallions, and carrots to taste and cook 2 more minutes.

Serve.
