Spicy Korean Ramen Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of chopped cabbage
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp of red chili flakes
  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Scallions
  • Carrots
  • 1 package of beef flavored ramen noodles

Directions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water and then add ramen noodle flavoring.

  2. In a soup pot over medium heat, stir fry cabbage with soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and chili pepper flakes for a few minutes, or until cabbage looks transparent.

  3. Add the ramen noodle broth to the cabbage and reduce to a simmer.

  4. Add small cubes of partially cooked chicken. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

  5. Add noodles, scallions, and carrots to taste and cook 2 more minutes.

  6. Serve.
