Easy Lasagne

No precooking of pasta needed!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 32 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese -- shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 packages garlic bread
Directions

Brown beef, drain.

Add sauce, water, salt and simmer for 5-10 min.

In 9×13” pan layer 1/3 of the sauce on bottom of pan.

Place 1/2 of the uncooked noodles on top of sauce in pan, layer 1 cup ricotta cheese (I spread it on the noodles before laying them in the pan), 1/3 of the sauce, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.

Repeat, ending with cheeses.

Cover with foil. Bake at 350* for 55-60 min.
- Remove foil and let stand for 10 min. before serving.
