Pickled Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups of shredded cabbage
  • 3 Tbsp of cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp of sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp of salt
  • 1/4 Tsp of pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp of dry mustard
  • 1/4 Tsp of celery seed

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl separate from the cabbage and whisk until sugar is dissolved.

  2. Pour over cabbage.

  3. Allow coleslaw to sit for at least an hour before serving.
