Ingredients
- 1/2 Lemons
- 2 Salmon filets
- Butter
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut salmon filets width-wise into about 1 – 1/2 inch pieces.

Spread a thin layer of butter over each piece of salmon.

Slice lemon, and place one slice of lemon on top of each piece of salmon.

Squeeze the left over lemon juice over all the pieces of salmon.

Bake 12 – 20 minutes depending on size.

Remove lemons, sprinkle pepper on, and replace lemons.

Serve.
