Two-Tater Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs ground beef or turkey (1/2 & 1/2)
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 cups frozen Tater Tots
- 2 cups frozen french style green beans, thawed.
- 3 cups hot mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Colby cheese
Directions

In a large skillet, cook meat until no longer pink ; drain.

Stir in the soup, garlic salt and pepper.

Place Tater Tots in a greased 13×9 dish. Top with meat mixture and green beans. Spread mashed potatoes over the top; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake uncovered, at 350 for 40-45 minutes or heated through.
