Beef Taco Skillet

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can Tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup salsa of your choice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 flour tortillas cut into 1" pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Cook beef in skillet until well browned, stirring to break up meat. Drain

  2. Put back into skillet and add soup, salsa, water and tortillas. Heat to boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 additional minutes. Stir and top with cheddar cheese.
