Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. quick oats
- 1 c. Chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
Directions

Grease a 9×9 square pan. In a saucepan add butter, brown sugar and vanilla and bring to a boil. Take off heat and add oats. Press into the greased pan and set aside.

In another saucepan add chips and peanut butter and melt over medium heat. Pour the mixture over the oats and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set up.
