Smothered Salisbury Steak

NOTES : May want to use more onion soup mix.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs -- beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon onion soup mix
- 1 can water
Directions

Mix first 7 ingredients then make into 8-10 patties.

Put into pan, sprinkle dry onion soup mix over patties.

Bake at 325* for 20 min.

Pour soup mixture over patties for gravy and bake 15-20 min. longer.
