Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 can pure pumpkin
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

at oven to 350. Grease loaf pan,

Whisk brown sugar and egg whites. Add pumpkin, oil, yogurt and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine flours, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmg, baking soda and salt. Add to pumpkin mixture. stir until just combined.

Bake 45-50 min. Cool in pan 10 min then wire rack.
