Ingredients
- 1 lb steak
- 4 oz mushroom
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 jar mushroom gravy
- 6 oz. sour cream
- Garlic
- salt and pepper

Slice steak. Melt butter in skillet, add beef and mushrooms. Sprinkle with seasonings and saute. Add gravy, heat to warm. Add sour cream.
