Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

season chicken with salt/pepper

put in skillet with broth. Simmer 15-20 min.

In saucepan combine cream cheese, hot sauce, and reserved cooking liquid until cheese is melted.

Shred chicken

Add dressing and chicken to saucepan, stir then toss with the spaghetti
