Ingredients
- 1 TBSP Cornstarch
- 4 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 - 3/4 cup chili garlic sauce
- 1 TBSP Soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic, minced
Directions

Dissolve cornstarch in rice wine vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.

In small saucepan, combine rest of ingredients. Add cornstarch and vinegar mixture and stir well.

Heat on medium heat, stirring often, until reaches a boil and thickens.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.
