Ingredients
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
- 2 tbsp salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 4 tbsp shredded cheddar
- 4 tortillas

Combine beans and salsa. Mash with fork. Stir in zucchini

Layer 1 tortilla with half the salsa mixture. Sprinkle with 2 TBSP cheese. Top with other tortilla, repeat. Broil 1 min on each side or until cheese is melted.
