Ingredients
- 1 cup CAKE Flour
- 12 egg whites
- 3/4 cup, plus 2 TBSP Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract

Set oven to 375

Combine flour and sugar (3/4 cup only)

In another large bowl, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until foamy. Add 2 TBSP Sugar. Beat on high until meringue olds stiff peaks. Remove mixer bowl.

Gently fold in flavorings. Sprinkle flour/sugar mixture, 1/4 cup at a time over meringue, folding gently until flour mixture disappears. Put into bundt pan, cut with spatula to remove air pockets.

Bake 30-35 min until browned and springs back. Invert over a bottle until cooled.
