Ingredients
- 12 large tortillas
- 1 1/2 lbs cooked and shredded chicken
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Directions

Mix chicken, black beans, onion and 1/4 can enchilada sauce. put 1 -2 tbsp on each tortilla. Add cheese and roll up. Top with spoonful of enchilada sauce and cheese. Place # you want in a foil packet and then in a Ziploc bad.

Defrost and cook on 350 for 40 min
