Ingredients
- Spice Rub:
- 1 TBSP black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 TBSP chili powder
- 2 TBSP ground cumin
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 4 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp white pepper
- 6-8 lb. pork roast
- 1 /2 tsp liquid smoke
- 2 cups BBQ Sauce
Directions

Massage rub onto meat.

Wrap in double layer of saran wrap

refrigerate 3 hours – 3 days

Freeze (if desired)

Put in crock pot 8-10 hours with 1/4 cup water and liquid smoke.

Pull pork and put back in crock pot withe BB Sauce.

Cook 6o more minutes.
