Shepherd’s Pie

Categories: ground beef, make ahead

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bag frozen veggies (mixed or corn only)
  • Mashed pototoes

Directions

  1. brown beef, mix with soup and corn

  2. spread in 9 × 13 pan (greased)

  3. top with potatoes

  4. bake at 350 for 40 min
