Beef Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1 Beef Roast
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 TBSP garlic, minced
  • 2 TBSP Peppercorns
  • 2 TBSP Cider Vinegar
  • 2 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder

Directions

  1. freeze in a ziploc (if desired)

  2. Cook 4-5 hours on HIgh or 6-7 hours on low

  3. Before serving, strain the juices to remove peppercorns and onions. Shred the meat and add back to juice.

  4. Serve with 16 burrito shells, cream cheese, lettuce, tomato and cheese
