Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs stew meat or chuck roast, cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 TBSP ketchup
- 1/3 cup flour
- 6-7 TBSP Apple juice
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Put meat, salt and pepper into crock pot. Mix garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, broth and ketchup. Pour over meat. Cook on low 7-9 hours or high 4-5 hours. Combine flour and apple juice – whisk. Whisk into crock pot. Add mushrooms and stir. Cook 30 more min.
