- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup stewed or diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups macaroni
- Mix:
- 1 TBSP Cornstarch
- 1 TBSP chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
