Pineapple Bread Pudding

YUMMY/ This is much better if you spread it thin on a baking dish as it gets crispy like cobler

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 cups soft bread cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar

  3. Add eggs, milk, pineapple and jice, bread cubes, and vanilla. Mix together

  4. Bake in a 2 quart casserole dish for 45 minutes.
