Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef (cut into chunks)
  • 2 cups red wine
  • 1 1/4 ounces Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Mix and cook on low for 8-10 hours

  2. If desired, stir in a bit of sour cream before serving over hot buttered egg noodles
