Ingredients
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup beer or milk
- 8oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (2 cups)
Directions

In a saucepan, stir together flour, garlic powder and red pepper

Gradually stir in broth

Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly

Stir in beer or milk

Cook and stir until heated through

Remove from heat

Stir in cheese, a little at a time, until melted

Pour into fondue pot to keep warm

Serve with vegetables or bread cubes
