Potato and Pea Puree

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups potato, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup unsalted vegetable or chicken stock or water
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
Directions

Cover potato with stock and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the peas; cook for 6 minutes longer or until the veggies are tender.

Blend to a puree with a food mill or sieve – do not use a blender for potato.
