Ingredients
- 6 oz. flank steak
- 1 small onion, cut into eighths
- 1 green OR red pepper, cut into lengthwise-strips
- 1 small jalapeƱo pepper, cut into rings
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon diced cilantro
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole-wheat tortillas
- salsa
Directions

Cut meat diagonally and across the grain into thin strips. Place in large ziplock bag with onion, peppers, olive oil, and spices; shake well to combine. Let steak marinate in the bag for at least 10 minutes.

Place into a skillet that’s preheated over medium-high heat. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness, turning frequently. Serve with tortillas and salsa.
