Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 pint fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 3 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips, chopped
- 16 chocolate wafers or thin cookies (2" diameter )
Directions

Place yogurt, raspberries, jam, and chocolate chips in medium bowl. Stir until combined, mashing raspberries with the back of spoon.

Cover and freeze 1 hour, or until mixture begins to firm. Line airtight container with wax paper.

Place half of the wafers in an airtight container. Using small ice cream scoop, top each wafer with 1 scoop of the yogurt mixture. Top with another wafer and cover. Freeze 1 hour longer, or until firm. Serve immediately or store frozen for up to one week.
