Raisin Cinnamon Bread

Regular amounts are for a 1 1/2 lb recipe of bread that makes 12 slices. Amounts in parentheses are for a 2 lb recipe that makes 16 slices. Measure the cinnamon accurately!

Ingredients
- 1 c + 2 Tb water (1 1/2 c)
- 2 Tb butter, softened (2 Tb)
- 3 c bread flour (4 c)
- 3 Tb sugar (1/4 c)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt (1 1/2 tsp)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (1 1/2 tsp)
- 2 1/2 tsp yeast (1 1/4 tsp)
- 3/4 c raisins (1 c)

Make in bread machine, adding rasins at at the raisin/nut signal.

Select sweet or basic/white cycle with a medium or light crust color.
