Potato Soup

Cook time: 25 minutes
Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 6 chicken boullion cubes
- 2 pkgs cream cheese (8 oz each)
- 1 pkg frozen hash brown potatoes (cubed)
- 2 cups ham, cubed and cooked (+/-)
- 1 tsp dillweed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt
- pepper

In a large pot, boil water and boullion cubes until dissolved

Stir in cream cheese until melted (approx 15 min)

Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until potatoes are tender
