Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 6 chicken boullion cubes
  • 2 pkgs cream cheese (8 oz each)
  • 1 pkg frozen hash brown potatoes (cubed)
  • 2 cups ham, cubed and cooked (+/-)
  • 1 tsp dillweed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. In a large pot, boil water and boullion cubes until dissolved

  2. Stir in cream cheese until melted (approx 15 min)

  3. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until potatoes are tender
