Ingredients
- 4 c garbanzo beans, cooked and blended
- 2 c cooked brown rice
- 2 c tomato sauce
- 1 T dry mustard
- 1 c grated carrots
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions

eheat oven to 350.

Combine ingredients.

Spoon into loaf pan.

Bake for 30 min.

Cover pan with foil if top browns too fast.
