Grilled Herbed New Potatoes

These grilled potatoes with their creamy sauce make the perfect accompaniment to grilled beef tenderloin or tuna steaks.

Ingredients
- Potatoes:
- 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh OR 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh OR 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 small red potatoes, cut into fourths
- Sour Cream Sauce:
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh OR 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions

Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. In a large bowl, mix oil, parsley, 1 tablespoon rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper and the salt. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place potatoes in a grill basket.

Cover and grill potatoes over medium heat 10-15 minutes, shaking basket or stirring potatoes occasionally, until tender.

In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Serve with potatoes.
