Grilled Herbed New Potatoes

These grilled potatoes with their creamy sauce make the perfect accompaniment to grilled beef tenderloin or tuna steaks.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes:
  • 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh OR 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh OR 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 small red potatoes, cut into fourths
  • Sour Cream Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh OR 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

Directions

  1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. In a large bowl, mix oil, parsley, 1 tablespoon rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper and the salt. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place potatoes in a grill basket.

  2. Cover and grill potatoes over medium heat 10-15 minutes, shaking basket or stirring potatoes occasionally, until tender.

  3. In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Serve with potatoes.
