Ingredients
- 6 individual frozen biscuits
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 14 1/2 oz cans chicken broth
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms with stems, drained
- 1 tsp chicken boullion
- 1 tsp minced parsley
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Cut each biscuitinto fourths, set aside.

In a large sauce pan, saute onions and peppers in olive oil until tender. Stir in chicken, chicken broth, mushrooms, chicken boullion, parsley, sage, rosemary and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Add bisbuit pieces for dumplings. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until toothpick in center of biscuit comes out clean.
