Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo mussels/tahong
- onion
- luya
- garlic
- ketchup
- tomato sauce
- liver sauce
- spring onions
- green chili/sili
- grated cheese
Directions

Saute the onion. turmeric and garlic

Add the washed mussels. Do not add water. Do not overcook.

Add the ketchup, tomato sauce, liver sauce.

Add the Spring onions and green chili. Add some water

Optional-to add cheese on top
