Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cans green chili peppers
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 3 15-oz. cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
Directions

In a Dutch oven, cook onion and garlic in olive oil until tender. Stir in cumin, oregano, and cloves and cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in broth, chilies and chicken and simmer for 30 minutes. Add beans and cook for 15 minutes. Serve with shredded white cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips
