Cranberry Egg Dish Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tsp mustard
  • 6 cups cubed herb stuffing
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 can whole cranberries
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Grease 9×13 pan. Beat milk, eggs and mustard together.

  2. Layer the following first: 1/2 of the stuffing, 1/2 of the ham, 1/2 onion, all of the cranberries, 1/2 of stuffing, 1/2 ham, 1/2 onion, top with all cheese and pour egg mixture.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Cook in 350 degree oven. 45 mins covered and 30 mins uncovered.

  4. Cool 10 mins before serving.
