Ziti with Spinach & Cheese

Serves 8 people
Ingredients
- 2 10-ounce pkgs frozen chopped spinach
- 15-ounce container ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 16-ounce pkg ziti pasta
- 28 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 12-ounce pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

Cook spinach & ziti and dry well.

Combine spinach, ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese and pepper; set aside.

Combine pasta, spahetti sauce and oregano; place half the pasta mixture mixture in an ungreased 13×9 baking pan.

Layer the spinach mixture and mozzarella cheese.

Add remaining pasta mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and let stand for about 10 minutes before serving
