Navy Bean and Beef Puree

Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup dried navy beans, soaked, drained and rinsed (see "Beans or Chickpeas" recipe)
- 3/4 cup carrot, peeled and chopped
- 125 grams beef (tenderloin or sirloin)
Directions

Combine all ingredients; bring to a boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat to low and simmer until beans are fork tender, about 75 minutes.

Puree to desired consistency
