Rescue fruit muesli

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
  • 15g rolled porridge oats
  • 1 tsp oatmeal
  • 70g plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp runny honey
  • 1 small apple, cored and grated
  • 1 small pear, cored and grated
  • 100g fresh or frozen berries
  • small handful pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp linseeds

Directions

  1. The night before, warm the milk and pour over the oats and oatmeal, then leave to soak in the fridge overnight.

  2. In the morning, add the yogurt, honey, grated apple and pear, and the berries.

  3. Mix together and sprinkle with the seeds to finish.
