Ingredients
- 1/8 Cabbage
- 1 Carrot
- 1/3 cup sesame seed
- 1/2 cup sultanas, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup craisins (cranberries), roughly chopped
- 3 tsp whole cumin seed
- salt and pepper
Directions

Slice cabbage up in thin, short pieces, as for coleslaw

Grate carrot and add to cabbage in a large bowl

Pound cumin seed in a mortar and pestle for a minute or two until broken down a little, and add to bowl

Add sesame seed, sultanas and craisins

Mix well & season to taste
