Lentil Soup with Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 cup dried lentils
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 28-oz can tomatoes
- salt, pepper, thyme, pepper
- 1 beef boullion cube
- 5 cups water
- potatoes – peeled and cubed
- kielbasa sausage, cubed
- chopped parsley
- lemon juice
Directions

Place all ingredients up to and not including potatoes in pot. Cook.

One hour before serving, add potatoes, sausage, parsley and lemon juice.
