Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 28 oz ca whole tomatoes (5 tomatoes)
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 4-oz can whole chilies, chopped
- 1/2 cup mild taco sauce or salsa
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Nature's Seasonings
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasonings
- 1/2 cup white rice
- Toppings:
- 1/4 cup chopped greens onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup nonfat grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
Directions

Cook garlic and onion in nonstick pot for 3 minutes or until limp. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 15 minutes. Sprinkle soup with toppings and serve with tortilla chips
