Homemade “Bisquick” Baking Mix

Ingredients

  • 9 C Flour
  • 1/3 C Baking Powder
  • 1 C & 2TB dry milk
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 C Shortening

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. Cut in shortening.

  3. *Store room temp 4-6 months

  4. *Freezer storage 1 year.

  5. USE LIKE BISQUICK
