Ingredients
- 4 c cooked rice
- 2 c. undrained pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. tblsp butter
- 2 tsp nutmeg
Directions

Place pineapple, sugar, and nutmeg in a pan and let simmer over low heat. When it reaches a thin syrup stage remove from heat and add nutmeg.

Butter a baking dish and place in alternating layers, cooked rice and pineapple mix. The last layer being pineapple sauce.

Bake at 350 deg for 25-30 min or until lightly browned on top.
