Gloria’s Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 10-ounce boxes of frozen broccoli, cooked and drained well
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 10 3/4-ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup finely grated extra sharp cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh onion
- Topping:
- 1 cup finely grated extra sharp cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, eggs, cream of mushroom soup, grated cheese, and grated onion.

Add broccoli.

Place in a greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.

Sprinkle top with paprika.

Bake 20-25 minutes at 400F, uncovered.
